Hired his company to install a well, violated health code and installed the well at the end of my septic field line. In fact, he tore up my field line in order to install the well and told me the well was okay to use. Also crushed my septic tank lid (have pictures) and denies any responsibility. Refuses to give insurance information, and refused to answer legal letter from our Lawyer. Lawyer states he believes Mr Wells is not insured. Have attempted to get insurance information by filing complaints with the BBB, and with the State AG office, and by having a legal demand letter mailed to his office/home
