I have only been in my home a year and my ground that covers the septic tank has sunk in and the sewage is coming up around my septic tank. I've tried to contact my installer multiple times and I've giving him almost a month to call me back but to this day he still hasn't.

Attempted to conducted inspection of referenced property.
The access to home was obstructed due to heavy rain and muddy conditions.
PHE will reschedule site visit.
