ATS smells at times especially when spraying

Investigation History
Site inspected 5/16/13 ~1230. No odor detected in yard and wind blowing toward me from sprayfield. Forced pump on by addition of water and could smell some odor in immediate sprayfield area while spraying. Checked for chlorine tablets and found none. Chlorine holder tube has been removed. Removed large cap to main tank and found water bubbling forcefully and aerator working. No odor noted in main tank or pump chamber when entries removed. Sprayfields have also been adjusted to spray in narrow 10 to 15 degree path away from main yard as needed. Water is accumulating on surface due to limited spray pattern. I will discuss findings with homeowner & Installer Randy Letson.
