MR. PARKER PUT IN NEW DRAIN FOR MY SEPTIC AND NOW IT IS MALFUNCTIONING. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT BEFORE. MR. PARKER WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.

Investigation History
Met Mr. Johnson onsite. He showed me the malfunction. I did a soil boring, in my opinion the soil is unsuitable for underground treatment. The new field lines were installed rather shallow and effluent is getting to the end of the line. The tank is in an area that does hold water, sealing the lids may help. Bring in dirt, or install a spray.
