Investigation History
A. Dennis and R. Reed visited property and observed wastewater surfacing in back yard of 314 king Street. An officical letter was mailed to address referencing the problem and homeowners were given 30 day to correct problem.

Visited property and did not observe wastewater surfacing. Neighbor stated that they had corrected the problem.
