3/27 Went to property and complaint is fact. Occupant is living in travel trailer and sewer is running straight out of trailer onto ground and running down hill. Will go to courthouse and find out information on owner and send a letter of enforcement.
3/28 Went to courthouse pulled tax records to show property owned by Betty Talley have 2 addresses for her will send letters to each by certified mail.
4/10 Sent Notice of Public giving until May 15, 2008 or will file charges
5/22 Investigated to see if problem was resolved. Travel trailer had been repositiioned and plumbed to an underground source. nothing was discharging at the time.
