There is a 4" PVC pipe at 102 Mary Miles flowing waste water into the swale which runs along Luckney Rd. The discharge has a distinct smell. I do not know if the system is not functioning properly or if there is not a proper system located at the address.

11/2/2012 - According to Rankin Co. Landroll, owners are Shanika L. & Courtney Battle.
11/5/2012 - Went to site & confirmed wastewater (appears to be untreated) is leaving the property & flowing along the road.
Sent Official Notice of Public Health Violation (cert & reg)
01/05/2013 - City to install central collection.
