the neighbor has an old septic tank on our land we found out because it got stopped up and burst and they installed a new one on his land but left the old one uncovered on our land and will not do anything about it. says it cost too much. that is not my problem. he needs to be made to have it removed off of our land. the crap and such is floating around when it is full of rain water and it is interferring in our being able to ride across our land with a tractor or anything else because of area left un attended. I have filed a complaint since around july last year and have not heard from anyone as well as i have called numerous times.
