Mike and Sherrie Curtiss have been dumping human feces in the ditch next to my home and across the street from their home. The county road department was contacted on February 27th and they made contact with the Curtiss on February 28th where Mike Curtis admitted to dumping the human feces.
This is not the first time that the Curtiss have been caught dumping things into the ditch. They were caught by another neighbor dumbing food scraps into the ditch and were told to stop then. That is how we assumed that is them dumping fecal waste into the ditch.
In the attached picture to the complain you will see the fresh dumping of the fecal waster and below it the remaining old dumping's that had washed down. The orange Home Depot buckets that can also be seen are from the Curtiss's prior dumping's.
