Investigation History
Environmentalist investigated property on 09/24/2018 to find perpetrator running grey water line into a pit that had been dug in the yard.
Polaroids were taken and official public health enforcement notice was sent via courier to divine of on-site wastewater in Jackson to be delivered via certified mail.
Official notice sent to Richard Powell on 09/24/2018.
Property owner repaired by tying in grey water to septic system 11/04/2018.
