Complaint
The land owner is staying on the property with several other people. They are living in two campers and a tent. There is no plumbing or electricity. One of the people on the property has ran a waterhose from the house on the joining property, it is not their water and they are not paying for it. They are disposing of their waste outside on the property.

8/21-site visit. Observed sewage. Complainant states that he just moved in and is working on hooking up to an existing septic tank
9/18-site visit no repairs made. 30 day letter is sent
