Gary Evans is attempting to put a third trailer on this property located at the above address. Also has made mention to put a 4 th trailer down the road. We spoke to the zoning department and any resident is only allowed 2 trailers per property. He is the process of putting in a 3rd septic tank for this trailer as it is already staked. The zoning department has no permit filed for a 3rd trailer to be placed at this address. We and our neighbors do not want a trailer park in our community. This property is about 150feet wide by 985 feet. How are 3 septic tanks allowed? Please advise us on what we need to do further. Thank you for your time.

Investigation History
Emailed complaintant and told them that we do not enforce county codes concerning the number of mobile homes on a particular piece of property as long as we can make a recommendation for a wastewater system. Mr Evans has filed a NOI with us and we were able to recommend a spray system.
