Please help our landlord will not fix the septic. It is pouring from the top on the ground just a few feet from our bedroom. It hasn?t worked properly since we moved here in 2017. Who would send his maintenance man out here and he would snake the line, even charged us for it and once it said it was our fault We had been telling him it needed pumping for almost 3 years now even offered to pay for it. then he just got it pumped two months ago. Right now it is leaking from the uncovered septic tank right onto the yard just a few feet from our bedroom window.
