THE SEWAGE FROM THIS PROPERTY IS RUNNING OFF ONTO MY PROPERTY AND THEY HAVE NO SEPTIC TANK. MY MOTHER LIVES AT 3189 RIVER RD. WITCH ALSO JOINS THE PROPERTY IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SEWAGE SMELL IS TERRIBLE AND IS ALSO DRAINING TO MY LAKE THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED NOW.HOW DO I TAKE ACTIONS ON THIS MATTER? 6-15-18 decussed repairs with land owner.
6-21-18 spoke with owner and tenants. The tenant are buying the home and then will make repairs.
8-2-18 called leon no answer left message
10-13-18 no repair sending 10 day letter.
12-19-18 looks to be repaired. There was no wastewater running in the pond.
