WE ALL AT HEALTH RISK!
Property located 63 Oak St...standing sewer water in yard and continues to run into the street gutters.
Large sink hole has developed and is a danger.......someone can/will fall into hole.
I contacted Rawls Springs water dept....I was told its not regular water but rather SEWER WATER! and owner is aware of it.
This hole is right next to our property line.
Pleas advise & thank you

Investigation History
Environmentalist investigated property on 06/12/2018 to find that sewer line had been dug up from clean out at the house to clean out at the road.
Environmentalist failed to make contact with property due to the fact that no one would come to the door.Looks as though they are on a central sewer system and that it has been repaired.
Water standing in ditch was clear and did not appear to be sewage water. Environmentalist will follow up at a later date to see if water has receded. Constant rain at the present time is making it difficult to determine.
Environmentalist talked with occupant at 63 Oak Street and confirmed they were on Rawls springs sewer system and they had repaired a collapsed line going from the house to the road.
County is coming to bore under the road and rework drainage cupboard so water will run off . Water standing presently in ditch is rain water.
