We have been complaining for months to Ken Wilbanks and Joe Welsch of Madison county about the stench from our neighbors sewage system. They?ve been out to ou house and smelled the and seen the septic spewing . Everyone agrees it?s disgusting but nothing has been done. They contacted the homeowners and no response. We can?t enjoy going outside because of the stench. We like to cook out on the porch but are forced back inside until smell disappears. Please let us know what we need to do to get this resolved ASAP.

Investigation History
8/21/2018:
I inspected the property and observed an ATS with a functioning aerator. I was unable to locate the spray heads, but did not detect any foul odor while walking the property. I will continue to monitor the situation when in the area.
8-23-18
Site inspection with B. Tiller. Ken and I met onsite to inspect system. Rang doorbell several times and dog inside started barking. No one came to door. Ken and I inspected ATS and spray field. No chlorine in system , vegetation grown up around spray heads.
Ms. Mitchell met us as we were leaving the spray field area and was very confrontational and asked us leave. I tried to give her a business card and she wouldn?t accept it .
9-6-2018. System repaired.
