Complaint
House is not in stable condition, the bathroom that is standing alone-the floor around the toilet is falling in. The master bathroom bath tub is literally falling in and is cracked. The water/sewage is coming back inside the bathtub in the standing alone bathroom. We did not even use the bathroom. The renters were notified. We as tenants have evacuated the property.

Investigation History
6/22/2018:
I visited the property and observed no public health violations.
6/26/2018:
I returned to the property while in the area after the applicant called and insisted that, in addition to her initial complaints regarding the condition of the home, there was raw sewage pooling in the back yard. I observed no evidence of wastewater at the surface. I suggested she contact the attorney general's office with her concerns regarding the landlord/tenant act. She indicated that they had moved out weeks before. I will periodically return to the property while in the area to ensure that no raw sewage is present when the home is occupied.
7/18/2018:
I returned to the property while in the area. The mobile home still appeared to be unoccupied.
8/1/2018:
I visited the site while in the area. The home did not appear to be occupied.
9/14/2018:
It did not appear that anyone was occupying the mobile home.
10/15/2018:
The mobile home still appeared to be unoccupied.
11/6/2018:
I followed up while in Leak County and observed a car in the driveway. I knocked but received no response. I did not observe any evidence of raw sewage in the yard, but will continue to monitor as it appears the home is now occupied.
4/1/2019:
I followed up while in the area. The home appeared to be occupied, but I observed no evidence of sewage in the yard. Will monitor.
8/7/2019:
Follow up inspection. Home was still occupied. No evidence of malfunction. Will close.
