Pipes are busted at this property and have been for 4 days waste is in front of the house above ground smell is inside the house a hole is in the yard containing waste children are becoming sick.

Investigation History
I visited this property and observed a stub out pipe not properly connected to centralized sewage. This pipe was allowing sewage waste to discharge onto the ground. Owner name:Carlissa Washington 662-652-7498.. 193 Jennifer Rd Holly spring 38635
10/03/2023 I spoke with the property owner and her maintence man via phone and explained what need to be done to correct the issue. I will send enforcement by mail and email.
10/06/2023- new cleanout and coupling was place on pipe. problem corrected.
