Initial IOWDS had no recommendations. It was design, constructed and installed not in accordance with regulations. This IOWDS was installed too close to the water table and edge of the lake.

Resolution: Mr. Anderson corrected the problem, installing a new approved system and has absorbed much of the cost. Property owner satisfied with new system.
