I'm re-submitting a complaint against Donell Banks. I first contacted Mr. Banks in 2015 because I noticed water boiling on top of the septic tank, making a large hole in my backyard. He came out in February 2017 saying it was Contractor Daryl Pryor's fault and he would charge me $175.00 to fix it. I found out yesterday that it was indeed the septic tank and I also contacted Roy Worley and sent pictures which confirmed again it's the septic tank. Even though my warranty is intact, Mr. Banks is refusing to fix it.
