Complainant claims that ATS with spray disinfection is malfunctioning and installer will not come repair system that was installed in October of 2015.

Investigation History
1. Aerator has become disconnected.
2. Aerator does not appear to be the correct model.
3. Can not remove chlorinator cap.
4. Pump is not working because breaker keeps being thrown.
Emailed modad about the aerator. They confirmed that this was an acceptable model. Referred property owner to original installer to correct the above problems with the system.
