My neighbors sewage pipes are emptying onto my property. I have discussed this with my neighbors, the city, and nobody has helped me. When I moved to my house years ago, I was required to get a septic tank installed on my property to deal with my waste. My neighbors have not complied with this requirement. I don't understand how it is legal for numerous houses to have no septic system and dump their waste directly onto my privately owned property. Can you direct me to the correct person to get this situation straightened out?
