Complaint  The above described parcel was sold to a family in Spring, 2017. After closing, the family immediately began to install multiple sewer connections in order to open up a trailer park on the rear one-acre parcel (Katie Eubanks Road). They installed a construction trailer on the Tut Road side front (Southeast) a few months later, where the five-member family has resided in since.

Today, the owners have brought in a second trailer home, which has been already installed in front of the existing construction trailer, Tut Road. It appears the construction trailer is being readied to be moved to the northern part of the 2-acre parcel on Katie Eubanks Road. There is a truck making a hook up to the construction trailer. A few days earlier, the family spent a few days preparing the rear (northeast corner) acre to accept the construction trailer and others. This site is a former FEMA trailer park with 10 pads. There are no leach lines whatsoever. The lines were simply scooped up and throw into the hole with the tanks. Most of the tanks are visible at ground level. Both of the former 2005 Katie Eubanks FEMA trailer parks had septic leakage forming pools from the time they were open to closures. The children would incredibly use the sewage pools as "slippy sides".
