Complaint
Had home inspection and walked out to fine where septic tank was located and the smell was terrible, and wet and flooded out in woods. Never got close enough to examine. Needs inspecting.
There is also a water well right by it and we couldn't get to it to inspect either.

Investigation History
I recently did an existing inspection on this unit. It is a Cajun Aire treatment unit discharging on the property behind the home. Everything appeared to be functioning properly but I am still waiting on the maintenance contract and inspection from a manufacturers representative.
