This property is owned by Kay Watts and occupied by Michael Watts. Michael Watts has allowed another occupant on the property whom lives in a 28 ft camper. This camper is occupied by Gregory Younger and Tammy Crews. The problem is that they have not gotten a permit to my knowledge and are allowing raw sewage to drain on the ground over there or maybe they rigged their own system up. either way, this should be in violation and needs to be checked out. Please let me know when this is checked. this is the second complaint that I have filed and I haven't seen that they were made to do anything different over there. Thanks for your response to this in advance.
