Neighbors Septic Tank is over flowing. They dug an above ground drainage trench from the septic tank over to the street. My mailbox is on their side of the street and is currently surrounded by the overflow from their septic tank. Odor is horrible. Sadly, I can not go outside with out smelling the sewer. This is the second time its been reported. First time I reported it anonymously because i didnt want to cause tension between us and the neighbors.

Investigation History
Septic is running out of a concrete septic tank and into the roadside ditch. 3/28/18 Attempted to contact and was unable to.12/9/19 No discharge seen.
