Complaint
There is sewage backing up in the bathtub and my landlord won't fix the problem. I don't believe there is even a septic tank. I am disabled and live month to month on disability. He comes in my home whenever I'm not here and has unplugged the refrigerator once. Everything ruined. It's been turned down and everything ruined. I can't afford to move. Is this legal?

Investigation History
5/10/18 Inspected property and observed what appeared to be raw sewage discharging from dwelling. Will send 30 day letter to property owner.
