Wastewater is draining from on site systems and leaving property saturating the ground and low lying areas on my property. Lawn mower gets stuck in mud.
Situation is ideal for mosquitoes. Sewage water smells and contains bacteria harmful to pets if water is consumed. I have spoke to each home owner about wastewater draining and leaving their property. Adjacent property is wet about nine months of the year due in part to this current situation.

Investigation History
Did observe a failing septic system for 4314 knights lane surfacing and draining onto 4313 bishop dr. Observe sewage flowing from pipe of 4312 knights lane into a ditch onto 4313 bishop lane. Enforcement notice to be sent.

Observe no effluent discharging and puddling.
