This is Lakotah Jones. My wife Rebecca (Becky) and our 4 children reside in a mobile home attached to the home property of Rudolph (Rudy H. Jones for about 2 years now. Many years before we moved in as family members, since Rudy is the step father of Becky, Rudy attached the mobile home on his lot just a few yards from his home and installed a septic system himself I am told by Rudy and family members. For about a year the system has been leaking to the surface and onto adjiacent property and county road. We have repeatedly asked Rudy to help us repair the system but he has refused by saying it was our problem, not his. We need help to repair the system for obvious health reason plus our lack of funds to repair same. We have done our best to control the problem by our own labor.

Investigation History
i called Mr. Jones and spoke with his wife. We are going to court with this situation on Thursday,. I told her with her permission we would come out this afternoon and look to see if there was a solution for repair. Mr. Jones called me about 12:15 and told me unless I was wiling to drop the charges I could not come out. I can not drop the charges. We have been trying to go and look at this situation on the property since July.
