Complaint
The installer contacted me and said he was ready to be inspected on 09/28/2011. This installer had not given the 24 hour prior notice as regalation states.

Investigation History
I contacted the installer and he informed me he would contact me 24 hours in advance when he come back to the area. On 10/11/2011 he contacted me and wanted me to inspect the installation of the system on 10/12/2011. I gave the installer a enforcement notice for not contacting an environmentalist prior to installation
