Property owner filed an existing enspection application and Austin creel installed a grinder pump that will pump effluent over to adjacent mobile homes tank and fieldline.

Environmentalist explained to property owner that forrest county has a final approval ordinance and agency Cannot render an existing approval for a mobile home that is unoccupied with no water,electricity and no complete wastewater disposal system that has not been installed by a licensed installer and inspected by an environmentalist at the time of installation.
