AAA septic company pumped the system 1/20/2014 and replaced the aerator. Alarm on aerator was going off. Called AAA Septic three weeks ago and they never showed up. Another company came out yesterday and repaired the system. The service tech said the system could not have been pumped out and the aerator on the system is not the manufactures of that system. The aerator is bad and will need replacing soon.

Investigation History
9/30- Met with the home owner and viewed the system. Installer showed up during the inspection to replace the aerator. Owner showed paperwork where AAA septic was out 1/20/14 to make repairs to the system, and 7/10/2014 to service because the alarm was going off. System was serviced 9/29/2014 by another company. Installer replaced the aerator at the time of inspection. He stated the High air Thomas aerator that came on the system went out of business and the replacement pump is solar air. (Solar Air Model SA 500). Informed the owner I will follow- up in 30 days to make sure the system is properly working.
11/6- Follow- up on complaint. Aerator working at the time of inspection, no alarm going off. Left my card in the door letting the owner know I stopped by to follow-up and my findings.
