On 05/28/2010, Homeowner called and said that his sprinkles was not working properly.

Investigation History
I visited the property and found pooling around all sprinkler heads and a pipe to the ditch from the washing machine. On 06/02/2010 I meet with the installer and he agreed to correct the problem and remove the pipe out of the ditch. He said that he would have everthing finished by Friday 06/11/2010. On 06/09/2010, Homeowner called and stated that his yard was still full of water from the sprinklers. I meet with the installer(Jason) at 10:00am to see what could be done to total fix the problem. He said he would bring some dirt in to fill the low spots and adjust the heads. I contacted Mr. Bell to asist me with this system, once we meet at the property at 11:24am he suggested that the installer relocate the heads to give a better absorption rate. I will contact the install and allow him 7 Days to correct the problem. I meet with the installer of the system at 9:00am this morning(06/15/2010) and show him where to place the heads to possible correct the problem. He agreed on the placement and informed me that he would call me before he begins work.
